-Planning starts 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the wedding.

Package includes:

Formal handover of all planning, service provider file & details 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding.

Venue site-inspection & walk through with couple.

Overview of confirmed service provider/suppliers & liaising with service professionals about logistics, setup, break down etc.

Oversee ceremony & reception setup.

Wedding program with layouts & timeline to the last minute submitted to client & all suppliers.

Wedding rehearsal the day before.

Brief meeting with MC to discuss timeline and order of events.

Coordination on the day from 11am until formalities come to end (around 11pm) – generally around 12 hours. This is to ensure everything runs smoothly and perfectly while the couple enjoys their important celebration with their guests.

This package is perfect for couples that have already booked and secured their venue & have done some of the planning. We will coordinate the rest of the necessary services that is needed for your wedding day.

Package includes:

An in depth consultation with our bridal couple, ongoing support & many late night chats & ideas sharing**

Budget planning – we prepare an estimate to help you follow your expenses

Venue site-inspection of booked venue and walk through with couple to discuss layouts.

Overview of confirmed service provider/suppliers & liaising with service professionals about logistics, setup, break down etc. this includes scheduling meetings like mock-ups & menu tastings.

Manage setup of ceremony, pre-drinks & reception venue to ensure everything is set up as agreed. Guest favours, gifts & welcome packs assistance (idea sourcing & placing items on tables)

This package /or quotes can be sourced & customized to suit your needs. We receive a lot of enquiries of brides that needs assistance in only one /or a few areas, we can source a supplier for you and provide a few quotes.  These items can be the following but not limited to:

* Supplier sourcing: Caterers, Photographers, Videographers etc.
* Décor, flowers & styling.
*  DJ (sound, lighting, staging & dance floors)
*  Hiring &/or sourcing of any items.
*  Setup & breakdown teams.
