Pack Down & Collection
We return after the event to dismantle and collect all hired items.
This package is perfect for couples that are a 100% committed into planning their own wedding and needs a coordinator to oversee everything on their big day.
Package includes:
Formal handover of all planning, service provider file & details 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding.
Venue site-inspection & walk through with couple.
Overview of confirmed service provider/suppliers & liaising with service professionals about logistics, setup, break down etc.
Oversee ceremony & reception setup.
Wedding program with layouts & timeline to the last minute submitted to client & all suppliers.
Wedding rehearsal the day before.
Brief meeting with MC to discuss timeline and order of events.
We now take over 4 weeks prior
(not 2 weeks).
On-the-day hours: 10am–10pm
